Get back on track after the holidays with our four-week Nutrition Jump Start beginning on January 13. Blue Eagle members and your friends are all invited to join us. 

What is it?

We think that nutrition shouldn’t be complicated. Over these four weeks, we will work on developing (or reinforcing) healthy habits, including:

  • Focus on quality and quantity of foods

  • How to eat for success

  • Get hydrated and stay that way

  • Find an activity level that works for you

  • Methods to improve sleep, stress, recovery 

How does it work?

Step #1 - Sign up. Click the red button, click this link (https://forms.gle/JBLs21KqQhNmTJSN9), or add your name to the sign-up sheet on the red cabinet in the gym.

Step 2 - Coach Amy will contact you to schedule a one-on-one session to get your starting weight and measurements and give you all the necessary information.

Step 3 - Starting January 13, improve your nutrition and fitness habits for four weeks.

Step 4 - At the end of the four weeks, you will meet with Coach Amy again for a final weigh-in.

Investment

Your investment to join is $129. Sign up by December 31st to be eligible for a prize drawing. 

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded at the end for consistency and the biggest transformation.
