The third week of the three-week 2021 CrossFit Open will be announced tomorrow (Thursday) at 2 PM Central Time. You read that right: 2 PM Central Time!!! Panchik vs. Panchik vs. Panchik. Don't miss the sibling showdown as Scott, Saxon, and Spencer Panchik take on the workout as soon as it's announced at the CrossFit Home Office in Scotts Valley, California. Eight-time CrossFit Games veteran, new dad, and fan-favorite Scott Panchik will take on Open Workout 21.3 against his little brother, Saxon, a three-time Games athlete whose best finish was ninth in 2019.

14-Day “Get Lean” Meal Plan

The Foundation is Nutrition

Eat meat & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch & no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard & fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations & patterns as creativity will allow.

Routine is the enemy.

Keep workouts short & intense. Regularly learn & play new sports.
