Monday Motivation - March Forth!
March Forth
Good Morning and Happy Monday, Blue Eagle!
Today is March 4th... also known as March Forth Day (get it? 4th = Forth)! To "March Forth" on that one big idea, goal, or dream in your life that *truly* matters. Today is a day to build a plan to accomplish something important to you. If you already have a plan, then even better, take a specific action in your plan.
“Our greatest fear should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don't really matter.” -- Francis Chan
One of the ways I am marching forth is by writing a book. This book is a blueprint for living a fulfilled life outside Blue Eagle's gym walls. I am excited that it's close to being done. Every day I get closer to getting it in your hands.
What's your big idea to "march forth" toward?
Lots of us marched forth this past Saturday when we completed CrossFit Open workout 24.1. We had a blast cheering each for one another and giving the workout all our energy! :)
CrossFit Open 2024
If you took pictures or videos, can you share those with me in this Google Folder?
If you registered with CrossFit, Inc. to officially participate in the only worldwide competition, I have validated every submitted score, except for one person and she knows who she is. (Side note: her score is actually better than her submission!)
It is not too late to register with CrossFit, Inc. This is not required and costs $20. The two biggest benefits are that you can track your fitness progress from year to year and compare yourself to everyone else in the world.
Here are the results from our Blue Eagle Open competition. You can learn about our Blue Eagle Open on our blog:
