Even though the lazy days of summer are here, we are still pretty busy. One of the best ways to have a fulfilling day among the busyness, is to start with a nutritious breakfast.

Here are some easy ideas:
Overnight oats with yogurt and berries
Scrambled eggs with whole-wheat toast and avocado
Greek yogurt with granola and a drizzle of honey
A handful of almonds and a piece of fruit
