Murph HERO Workout
Every month, we honor men and women who have given their lives defending our country and our communities. Every Memorial Day at 9 AM, our workout of the day (WOD) is called “Murph.” Murph is named after Michael Patrick Murphy. Officer Murphy was a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan.
The workout is a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats. As with every workout, your coaches will prepare you in the weeks leading up to the event, and will tailor the workout to your abilities.
This is a great opportunity to bring a friend… to honor men and women who have served our country… and be apart of something bigger than ourselves.
